

Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Dr. Tyler Tran is proud to bring top-tier, compassionate eye care to patients across Southern California. He began his academic journey at California State University, Northridge, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, before graduating from the Southern California College of Optometry with his Doctorate of Optometry. To bring the highest level of clinical expertise to his patients, Dr. Tran pursued rigorous training across several renowned healthcare environments, including the Las Vegas VA Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Ketchum Health. Driven by a passion for complex medical eye care, he further specialized by completing an extensive residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the Sepulveda VA Medical Center. Through this advanced training, Dr. Tran has become highly proficient in managing intricate conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration.
In his free time, Dr. Tran enjoys the local culinary scene as an avid foodie, stays active with rock climbing and pickleball, and loves to travel.
