Optometrists serve as primary care providers, with in-house referrals to our specialized team. This role is ideal for new graduates and residents eager to practice full-scope optometry.
Responsibilities include the provision of exceptional customer service and preparation of documents to ensure patient satisfaction and professionalism and smooth clinic flow. Assist with telephones including scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Posting all monies collected at the Front Desk to patient accounts as well as balancing all monies, credit card transactions and checks at the close of business.
Responsible for successfully meeting our 5-Star measure requirements and ensuring successful attention and completion of the Azul Vision’s Quality Programs and standards.
Responsibilities include educating patients on surgical procedures, explaining options, risks, and financial obligations. Coordinate care, follow up with patients, and ensure HIPAA compliance. Act as the contact person for surgery coordination, maintain up-to-date surgery schedules, and support the refractive surgery team. Assist with marketing initiatives, enhance patient satisfaction, and travel to various locations for assigned physicians.
